By placing your order, you agree that we store and use your information within our organization to deliver the service you expect from us. Your information will be handled in accordance with the applicable General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Payment methods
Payment is made via Klarna or by credit card.

Right of withdrawal
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Read more about what applies in our return policy .

Delivery policy
Delivery time varies between 6–12 days. If the product is not in stock, it will be shipped directly from our partner in China, which may mean a slightly longer delivery time (15–25 days).

Unclaimed package
If you do not collect your package, we will charge a fee of SEK 179. This fee covers shipping and handling costs. The cost will be deducted from your refund via Klarna. If your order is less than SEK 179, no amount will be refunded.

Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return. Refunds are made to your bank account or giro and are usually made within 5 business days after we receive and approve the return. It may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
